By submitting a request for a cleaning service with Property 360, you agree to the following terms:
Request for Service
Submitting a request for a cleaning service is not a confirmation or booking of the service. Your request will be reviewed, and we will contact you via phone and/or email to confirm availability and finalize the booking.
Pricing
The price quoted is subject to change based on the scope of work at the time of service. If the condition of the property differs significantly from what was originally described (e.g., additional cleaning required
or excess clutter), the price may be adjusted accordingly. We will notify you of any changes prior to starting the work.
Scope of Service
The service provided will be based on the agreed-upon description of work. Any changes to the scope of service during the appointment may result in additional charges.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee. If we arrive and are unable to access the property
or if the service cannot be completed due to unanticipated circumstances, we may charge a fee for the time spent.
Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged. We accept e-Transfer, Cash, or Credit Card. Any overdue payments may incur late fees.
Liability
While we take great care in providing our services, Property 360 is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property, nor for any damage caused by conditions not immediately apparent at the time of service.
Access
You agree to provide us with full access to the areas to be cleaned and any necessary instructions for safe completion of the service. We cannot be responsible for locked rooms, inaccessible areas, or any items not
available for cleaning.
Service Availability
All appointments are subject to availability. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule appointments. We will notify you as soon as possible and will attempt to reschedule at your convenience.
Photo Documentation
To ensure quality and verify completion of service, Property 360 may take photos of the cleaned areas before and/or after service. These photos are strictly for internal documentation and will only be shared with the
person who scheduled or paid for the service. They will not be used for marketing, advertising, or any public purposes.
Right to Refuse Service
For the safety of our staff and the integrity of our operations, Property 360 reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise inappropriate.
This includes, but is not limited to, the presence of aggressive animals, unsafe working conditions, hazardous materials, or situations that pose a risk to our cleaners' health or safety. If service must be canceled for
any of these reasons upon arrival, a service call fee may still apply.
